TECHNICAL. All the symbols in the 3DSymbolSet are pre-drawn, mid-res, non-editable and creatd originally in Vector Works 9. The 3D program's rendering capability is required to add textures and lighting effects or export the 3DSymbolSet file to your rendering application. Textures and Shaders are not included. For Vector Works and MiniCAD users the files are organized in Classes. For AutoCAD (DWG, DXF) users, files are organized in Layers . All files are in millimeters.

WARRANTY. In case of a defective 3DSymbolSet that prevents reading files, IMAGE AND MOTION (IAM) will replace the file for a good working copy of the same version. If the file was damaged by accident, abuse, or misapplication, IAM shall have no obligation to replace the 3DSymbolSet(s). Replacement files will be warranted for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. No warranty after the expiration of the warranty period.

Since all transaction are on online, E-mail confirmation of purchase, will be your receipt. If necessary, the Set file will be compressed to be send by E-mail. All the Set files are carefully optimized the smallest size possible. IAM will strive to deliver files promptly but will not be responsibly for technical problems, internet speed issues or problem related to the customers system that could delay or prevent delivery of files on time. If requested, IAM can send the objects conforming a Set in separated compressed files.
